Add This Event to Your CalendarDate: Nov 05, 2025
Location: SLC-40, Cape Canaveral SFS, Florida, USA
Launch Time: 8:31 PM
Mission Type: Communications – deployment of Starlink V2-mini satellites to Low Earth Orbit
Mission Overview
This mission will deploy a new batch of Starlink V2-mini satellites, advancing SpaceX’s second-generation global broadband network. These satellites represent significant improvements in speed, capacity, and technology—designed to strengthen connectivity across underserved and remote regions.
Each Falcon 9 Starlink launch adds to the world’s largest satellite constellation in Low Earth Orbit (LEO). SpaceX’s rapid deployment cadence allows continuous upgrades, improving latency and throughput for millions of Starlink users worldwide.
Following liftoff, the first-stage booster will attempt a precision landing on an Autonomous Spaceport Drone Ship (ASDS) stationed in the Atlantic Ocean—continuing SpaceX’s record-breaking streak in reusable rocketry.
Payload & Technical Highlights
-
Satellite Type: Starlink V2-mini (second-generation)
