Mission Summary:

SpaceX will launch a Falcon 9 rocket carrying a new batch of Starlink V2-mini satellites, part of the second-generation high-speed, low Earth orbit (LEO) internet constellation. These next-gen satellites support SpaceX’s vision of providing faster, more reliable global internet coverage.

Landing Details:

Following stage separation, the Falcon 9 first stage will attempt a landing on an Autonomous Spaceport Drone Ship (ASDS) stationed off the East Coast. These drone ships, specially modified barges with station-keeping engines and landing platforms, allow SpaceX to recover rocket stages from missions that expend too much fuel for a return-to-launch-site landing.
